Hydroponic Associate

Compensation: $14/hour with benefits or $16/hour without benefits

Responsibilities:

Food safety is paramount to our business and will be of the utmost importance. You will help to foster a culture that puts our customer’s safety as a top priority. You will adopt and comply with all food safety requirements.
Operate system machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Cross train and be able to manage all workflow processes from seeding, transplanting, harvesting, to packaging
Consistently follow PPE requirements for food and chemical safety
Able to read and follow standard operating procedures
Ability to work unsupervised for short periods of time
Able to work at an efficient speed while maintaining quality of the product
Attention to detail
Good communication skills and willingness to raise issues with supervisors and management
General clean up
Other duties as assigned

Ability to lift 50 lbs. intermittently

High school education

Sales and Marketing Intern

Hours: Flexible, 20 hours/week

Compensation: $16/hour

Responsibilities:

Complete all tasks assigned by manager.
Conduct Market Research
Identify business opportunities
Manage email campaigns.
Generate sales leads and represent company at Farmers markets, trade shows etc.
Making cold calls and participating in sales meetings.
Assist in advertising and promotional efforts of the company.
Clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Help build social media campaigns
Prepare promotional materials.

Attributes required:

In a degree program leading to a Sales and Marketing bachelor’s degree.
Computer skills, including Microsoft suite of products
Social media experience
Creative thinking skills
Ability to recognize and solve problems.
Ability to work with others and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Other duties as assigned.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
